Local Calendar

For each location a local calendar can be specified. Click the field Local calendar and select a calendar from the appearing Calendars dialog. See Calendar conversion   for more information on local calendars. If a local calendar was specified, dates in that calendar can be shown as additional information (see Additional information ).   If the Julian/Gregorian calendar is choosen the date of local introduction of the Gregorian calendar can be specified (later than the ‘official’ introduction on 15 October 1582). In this case the field Introduction appears in the Add (Edit) location dialog. Click the field Introduction and choose a date from the appearing Introduction of Gregorian calendar dialog.
